How do I book?
Online through the Book button on any page. You will get immediate confirmation and a reminder before your appointment.
Do I need a consultation first?
For resurfacing, nano needling and microneedling, yes. For a facial or dermaplaning, no — though I would still recommend it if you are new.
What is the cancellation policy?

What if I am late?
Appointments are single-practitioner and back to back, so a late arrival usually means a shortened treatment rather than a delayed one.
Treatments
Which treatment do I need?
That is what the consultation is for. Every skin is different, so treatments are chosen for yours rather than picked from a list.
Will it hurt?
Facials and dermaplaning, no. Resurfacing involves a warm tingling that settles quickly. Microneedling is more uncomfortable — [NUMBING APPROACH].
How much downtime?
Facials and dermaplaning, none. Resurfacing involves some flaking. Microneedling and nano needling involve redness. I will tell you before you book so you can plan around it.
Can I have a treatment if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some treatments are not suitable. Tell us when you book and we will advise.
Do you patch test?
Yes, where the treatment requires it. This may mean a short additional appointment before your first treatment.
Aftercare and visiting
What can I not do afterwards?
Generally no direct sun, no heat, and no active skincare ingredients for a period afterwards. You will get written aftercare specific to your treatment.
Do I need to change my skincare?
Possibly. Sunscreen is non-negotiable with resurfacing and needling work — it is the difference between results and none.
